To current and prospective students —
The school will reopen for in-person lessons on Monday, June 1, with some changes in place based on current CDC guidelines.
Online lessons are still available, and we encourage anyone who prefers that option to take advantage of it.
If you would like to take music lessons in-person, please understand that it is at your own risk. While we are taking steps reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission, we cannot eliminate it.
What we’ll be doing differently at the school:
Keeping our distance. Please help us maintain six feet between you and your instructor.
Wearing masks at all times.
Sanitizing instruments and washing our hands between lessons.
Sanitizing other frequently touched surfaces multiple times a day.
Making hand sanitizer available.
Monitoring our health including taking our temperatures daily.
Rescheduling your lesson if your instructor is ill or if they have a close contact with confirmed COVID-19.
What we ask of you:
Please wear a mask. They will be required for all students, teachers and anyone entering the premises.
Please wait in your car until your lesson. The waiting room will be closed until further notice. Parents may either wait in the car for their child or run errands as long as they return promptly when the lesson is over.
Please reschedule or ask for an online lesson if:
You have had contact with anyone with confirmed COVID-19 in the last 14 days
You have currently have, or have had any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days:
Fever greater than 100
Difficult breathing
Cough
Loss of smell or taste
Chills
Repeated shaking with chills
Muscle pain
Headache
Sore throat
Diarrhea
We will be happy to waive our 24-hour cancellation policy if your answer to any of the above questions is yes
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns that we can help address.
Best,
Kenneth & Caroline Pritchard
